1:What does attracting cops do (Kru's Cop attracter drink) and what does the opposite one do?

2: I keep asking Xav if he can teach me, and he keeps saying no. I have transformed into a Minotaur and grew only my Genitals for explanation. He is still saying no. How do I get him to say yes?
